How does my A.I. Chatbot know everything about my business?

Your AI Chatbot is trained by you with your own unique Base System Prompt.

You then manage what data is used by defining which website pages you want to add to the Knowledge Base.

You can also add company documents such as PDF brochures, technical data sheets, FAQs and text files.



Can I embed the chatbot on my website?

Yes – once you have finished training your AI chatbot simply copy a piece of code in your dashboard then paste into your website.


Can I use my own brand logo and colors?

Yes – you can add your own custom logo and colour scheme to match your company branding.


How secure is the data when uploaded to my custom dashboard?

We prioritise data security by employing advanced AWS encryption and adhering to strict privacy protocols.

Your data is never sold or passed onto 3rd parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

The content and data you upload to Hummingbird is owned by your account. Your data is not used by Hummingbird for any other purpose than providing you with the A.I. Agent services.

Any and all data is deleted from our servers after you delete it.


What is a message credit?

1 message credit = 1 AI response using GPT-3.5 charged at 0.010 per message.

1 message credit = 1 AI response using GPT-4 Turbo charged at 0.100 per message.

1 message credit = 1 AI response using GPT-4o charged at 0.040 per message.

1 message credit = 1 AI response using GPT-4o-mini charged at 0.004 per message. (This is the default setting for all new AI Agents).


Can I get more message credits?

Yes – you can manually add or set-up auto top up your credit balance at any time from within your account dashboard.


Do chatbots integrate with Zapier or MAKE.com?

Yes – you can use our unique API to create custom integrations with 2,000+ applications.


What if I need to add new or change content?

No problem. Simply, add new or change/edit content via your dashboard at any time.
